Retailer and/or Consumer Testimonials:
"Having been in parenting education for over 18 years and currently owning a parenting bookstore, I am keenly aware of what's out there in the market under the 'life lessons' category. Life's Building Blocks and their character Zaki have touched on a great need in teaching the core concept of making the right decision. I immediatly fell in love with the characters and the whole concept around Life's Building Blocks. Recently, I was at a conference selling this product along with my parenting books and found I wasn't alone. Every educator who encountered Zaki had to have one. Within one hour I had run out of my inventory! As Zaki would say "Way to Go! You are making the right decision!" Establishing a partnership with Life's Building Blocks was my right decision."

For Christmas, my 6 year old son, Drew, got a Zaki. It was the perfect gift since he loves stuffed animals, and often has a hard time deciding the right thing to do. Zaki sleeps on Drew's bed while he is at school. At bedtime, after singing the Zaki song, Drew chooses what story he wants to hear. My most memorable moment about Zaki was when Drew asked me to lay in bed with him to hang out with Zaki and I got to pick the story.
Around the dinner table as we talk about the happenings of the day, we refer to some of the day’s events as “that was yellow” or “that's a great decision that was green”. If I had to sum it up in one sentence, my son would say, “Zaki helps me do the right thing.”

A friend gave my daughter a Zaki for her birthday last month. My daughter likes him and his stories, although she just turned 3, and her attention span isn’t all that long so she hasn’t made it through more than one story at any sitting. She likes how he lights up, and got it immediately when I explained what the colors meant. I anticipate she will play with this more when she’s a little older.
And for Mommy and Daddy, the volume control is fabulous, thanks! We also appreciate the morals Zaki teaches, as they go right along with what we try to instill in her.
Thanks for a great product!

"I think that Zaki is cute and fun. Zaki is a great way for kids to build their character. I really liked the story about Lauren Never Quits because it tells you to never ever give up — even in the hard times."
"One thing I like about the books is their titles and illustrations on the front covers. In 'The Contest' the cover was so interesting that I had to read it — and the same goes for 'Spider Cave.' What's next? Movies?"
